[ There's a breath of laughter than escapes her at the sight of that outfit -- it makes sense now, the spell and the laughter that seems to link it. Laughing in the face of your fear. She'd feel a bit more relaxed, if the boggart hadn't changed tactics and decided to focus to her instead.
There's a crack, and a puff of smoke and, well. The girl that it turns into was probably pretty once -- but everything about her is wrong. It's not a subtle "off"ness either. Her skin is mottled and greying, like something dead and her uniform - the same as the one Miki had arrived in a few weeks ago -- is torn and covered in blood. Her eyes are blank, and it almost looks like parts of her are just rotting where they'd been cut, instead of healing.
When she turns and starts moving towards the two of them, everything about it is off. Her movements are stiff and jerky, limbs not moving how they should, like they've begun seizing in rigor mortis when the body refuses to actually stop. Still holding onto Emma's arm, Miki just... freezes. There's a shake that starts in her knees and makes its way up through her body in a slow swoop, until she starts sinking down as they give out on her. ]

[Emma's grip on her shoulders tightens slightly, not enough to be painful - but enough to bring her back to what's real, she hopes.]
Look at me, okay? It isn't real. You can do this.
