[Most of Emma's free time is spent in one of just a few places; today, that place is the garden. She's not far from the koi pond, but she's bending to inspect a group of flowers.
When she hears Miki approach, though, she straightens up, brushing her hands on her jeans.]
The Corruption can see everything that its host does. So it has the whole... week? Longer? However long it's been lying dormant in someone to watch what's going on and I guess come up with a plan.
[A while after the execution concludes, Emma is seeking Miki out. When she finds her near the river that runs through the village, she approaches, a small and concerned frown on her face.]
[ Miki’s just sat on the river bank, not entirely paying attention as she just watches the water flow past. When she hears someone speaking to her though, she looks up — a little startled, like she’s been snapped back into the present. ]
[Here they are on the Quidditch field, probably after their key quest (since neither of them were traumatized while that was going on). Emma is frowning at the wardrobe with crossed arms, and she gives a sigh.]
[Until she opens the door, and... It's strange. The man who comes out of the wardrobe seems completely average, normal in every way - there's just a few things wrong about this scenario. The first is that, the longer he looks around, the easier it is to tell that there's something soulless and empty in his eyes and his smile.
The second is that, as soon as she sees him, Emma is planting both hands over her mouth and taking a step back, clearly terrified. Hm.]
week three, monday.
When she hears Miki approach, though, she straightens up, brushing her hands on her jeans.]
Hey there.

Hey.
You said to find you, when I had some information about what we discussed. [ And this is hot off the press, still smoking. ]

week three, sunday.
Hey. You got a second?
no subject
Hm?
Oh, hello. Um, yes, I’m not busy or anything.
no subject
...You okay?
no subject
Just a bit wrapped up in my thoughts, that’s all.
You needed something?
no subject
[It's an open offer, even if she won't push Miki about it.]
Well, first, I wanted to see how you were. Then - I had a question to ask you.

You ready...?

Miki doesn't look all too happy about this either. How is a wardrobe so menacing? ]
As I'll ever be, I guess. What was the word that lady says makes it go away? Riddiku--? lous?
no subject
[She steps forwards to open the door, though, even if she glances at Miki beforehand.]
Hopefully it's nothing too bad.
no subject
[ Emma's right there but she's going to ask! ]
Hopefully it won't be but...
no subject
Yeah, I don't mind. I've got this.

Emma. They've got brooms? What. ]
...
I'm not really sure what to do with these.
no subject
[Hm.]
I wouldn't do anything with it just yet. Most of the items we've got so far have been one use only, right? Wouldn't want to waste it.

Mm, sure. Everything okay?
