No. The same would go for any high-class sura. In this form, we're mostly human in appearance, save for one sura part we cannot change. For me, it's my horns.

No, generation. There are four classes: nastika, rakshasa, upani, mara. Nastikas are those created at the start of the universe. Rakshasas have at least one nastika parent. Upanis have at least one rakshasa parent, and so on and so forth.

Nastikas and rakshasas are born with a human form. Upanis and maras only obtain one after a certain amount of development.
